Bonus Tracks is a post created with the intention of showcasing songs that don’t get much recognition. So often I think when we don’t know much about a particular artist’s music, we just skim through their album, purchasing or listening only to the songs we are familiar with from radio or some other source, but with this post, I hope to introduce some things unseen.

“Leaving Home” is the kind of song that is often played at high school graduations, and although it’s been done several times before, Katie’s tale of  growing up could be appreciated by just about anyone. No matter what age or stage in life you are, I think moving on, growing up, and venturing out on your own is an experience you never forget, which makes this song incredibly moving.
